ED Club

The main objective of the entrepreneurship Development Club is to infuse creativity and innovation among the students of our college.The State Government is encouraging the initatives to promote Entrepreneurship among the students. The Department of Industries and Commerce , Government of Kerala , in association with Education Department formulated a Scheme to set up "Entrepreneurship Development Clubs" in colleges of the state to inculate "entrepreneurship Culture" among the Youth. The entrepreneurship Development club is functioning in our college to inculcate entrepreneurship culture among youth and equip them with the knowledge, skill, techniques and confidence to act as torch bearers of Enterprise for the new generation. Entrepreneurship Development Club started functioning in our college from 23 August 2024.
Major Functions of the Club

• Organize interactive sessions with successful entrepreneurs from outside as well as with in the state.
  
• Organize industrial visits to business enterprises with in the state.
  
• To introduce talented youths to industrial research Organisations.
  
• Conduct exhibitions to explore the talents of the students.
  
• Organize workshops
  
• Exposure to various events in different parts of the state related to industrial development.
  

Objectives of the club

• To inculcate integrity, hardwork, discipline, honesty etc, as constituents of Entrepreneurship.
• To make students aware of the unlimited development potential of the state.
  
• To inculcate entrepreneurial culture in the students
  
• To induct Entrepreneurial spirit in the institutions.

Chinmaya Yuva Kendra (CHYK)

CHYK is a global youth wing of Chinmaya Mission. It aims to empower youth with vision, values and dynamism for success in all fields. CHYK conducts weekly classes where young people are made aware of their potential through the study scriptures. CHYK also organizes and executes cultural, social and spiritual programmes.

Disaster Management Team

As the recent past has witnessed many natural calamities, the college is also maintaining a disaster management team that includes students, staff and other officials. The team is trained to tackle any unprecedented eventualities.

Women Cell

A women cell is functioning in the college to address their grievance, if any and of any manner, which serves as a support and confidence to the girl students.

Students Grievance Cell

The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge its merit. The Grievance cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge of Students’ Grievance Cell.

Social Service Club

Social service club is a platform to cultivate human potential and regain a sense of agency and collectivity in our changing world. The Social service club is established to inculcate pro-social behaviour among our students. The activities of the Club help members to learn to respect people and to fulfill their responsibilities to serve the community. It also offers a chance for students to contribute to the society, learning to have a positive attitude towards the life. Visits to old age homes are made with the aim of providing solace and medical aid to poor elderly patients who need long term treatment and protection. Students also join this philanthropic gesture by various contributions like clothes, stationary items etc.

Energy & Environment Conservation Club

Energy & Environment Conservation Club (EECC) is a premier club committed to the cause of promoting Energy Conservation Environment Protection and Sustainable Development in the country. With the increasing demand for energy, effective management and conservation of the same has become the need of the hour. Recognizing the immense value that schools and school children can bring to the initiative and taking due consideration of this urgent need to propagate efficient usage of energy and to educate the society on climate change issues. Simple energy saving and resource conserving tips have been repeatedly advocated, making a considerable difference in protecting the planet and avoiding a state of being power less and fuel scarcity. The energy conservation programme widened its scope, with an aim to contribute towards Nation Building by creating responsible citizens who not only conserve energy & natural resources but also imbibe and promote civic & moral values. This programme expanded further by encouraging children to be sensitive to their surroundings through the active citizenship module.
